I am Fuji Lover and inveterate user of Fujifilm cameras and lenses for four years, and during all this time I had the opportunity of using, also as being an X Photographer, virtually all bodies and lenses of the X series, combining them together and testing them in the field.
I am a wedding and portrait photographer, I also love street and travel photography. I have daily and frequent contact with Fuji users from all around the world, especially in Brazil, where I have a group called Fuji X Lovers Brasil with over 1,300 photographers. I make with these contacts an important bridge between users and the company, providing information and suggestions for improvement via firmware and new releases.
Well, after this brief introduction, I write this article to respond with options one of the most frequent questions asked by photographers every day:
What is the best Fujifilm kit for weddings?

Advantages and disadvantages
I recommend this option, which is offered as a kit by Fujifilm, for those who are experiencing the system.
Certainly the weight and value of the body and lens combination are amazing.
With a range of 27-70 (equivalent to Full Frame), and a relatively light lens equipped with stabilizer, this combination may surprise.
The X-E2s camera, as well as its predecessor X-E2 virtually carry the same sensor and almost all the technological advances presented in the X-T1, but with a very affordable price and excellent ergonomics.
The fact of having the excellent X-Trans sensor, which is the strong point of the system X, is a very positive thing.
Its combination with XF18-55mm kit lens brings a lot of versatility, despite the relative loss of optical quality. However crimp an important point: this lens is a kit and basic lens, compared to other similar lenses from other brands, has infinitely superior quality in construction and results.
You can also choose for the X-T10 body, which is very compact with DSLR central display style, but also has almost all the advances of his big brother X-T1, including articulated LCD. The main differences is the absence of weather resistance, smaller body and not so sophisticated EVF.
As will I bring this additional option: the XF55-200mm. Although not so light, this lens has an amazing quality, it is super versatile, relatively small and has a very efficient image stabilizer that let you shoot on hands with a shutter speed of 1/15.

Advantages and disadvantages
This is the option for those who like to use two bodies with different and fixed lenses, as I do. I usually work with my Blackhold or Holdfast straps carrying two bodies simultaneously, one from each side of the body. At one side I take one camera with a wide angle lens, which is the 16mm f / 1.4 (equivalent to a 24mm FF). This lens in my opinion is unbeatable because it let me shoot close from my subject without damaging the final image as it gives me very little distortion (unlike my old equivalent pro DSLR lens). I use also on the other side the 56mm f / 1.2 (Full Frame equivalent to an 85mm), which is a high-quality semi-tele and very bright lens, and also have a very good autofocus.
This combination gives me versatility and with the wide apertures I can use my ISO until 3200, which is not a problem.
When I am not using the 16mm I go with the 23mm, equivalent to a 35mm in FF. This lens is one of the most worshiped lenses X series, also with fast autofocus and very little distortion, it is amazing sharp.
And to replace the 56mm sometimes use a 35mm (equivalent to 52mm on FF), that has a little slower autofocus than the others, but it has a whopping sharpness, beautiful contrast and minimum focal distance of 11 inches. It is a wonderful lens.
Well with light high quality lenses as these I can make the whole wedding using many times few artificial light or even natural light on not very high ISO, which maintains full color fidelity and little grain.
A perfect combination to me.

Advantages and disadvantages
Since its launch, when I tested it to the official website of Fujifilm USA, I became impressed with the optical quality of the 16-55mm f / 2.8 Fujinon lens. I took this lens to some events and never had any problem with the image quality that my work demands, however, the issue of having to raise the ISO to make photographs with natural light in events limited me a bit due to its just f / 2.8.
With the launch of the incredible X-Pro2 camera with a raw native ISO in high quality up to 12800, all the limitations that I might have regarding about this lens for events are over.
For those who enjoy good zoom lens, and preffer to carry only one camera, the option for a X-Pro2 and the 16-55mm f / 2.8 is perfect. The set weighs about 30 OZ, and for less than $ 3,000 you can have a kit that is as good or better than heavier DSLR kits with almost 60 OZ and twice the price.
This is a very important point to consider: weight and price. The lag of quality that would have two or three years before is gone.
The addition of the 50-140mm f / 2.8, for those who like close ups and long lenses this type of lens is a perfect acquisition.
Although being lighter than an equivalent DSLR, this lens weights a lot (for a mirrorless standard) and has a bigger volume. But on the other hand, if these points do not bother you, it can deliver extreme clarity, good speed autofocus and a incredible stabilizer that compensates 5 f stops.

Recomendo este kit, que é o kit de entrada da Fujifilm, para quem está experimentando o sistema.
Certamente o peso e valor da combinação corpo e lente são surpreendentes.
Com um range de 27-70 (equivalente em Full Frame), e uma lente relativamente luminosa dotada de estabilizador, esta combinação pode surpreender.
A câmera X-E2s, assim como a sua predecessora X-E2 dotam de praticamente todos os avanços tecnológicos presentes na X-T1, mas com um preço muito convidativo e excelente ergonomia.
Assim como conta com o excelente sensor X-Trans, que é o ponto forte do sistema X.
A sua combinação com lente do kit XF18-55mm traz muita versatilidade, apesar da perda relativa de qualidade ótica. No entanto friso um ponto importante: esta lente, por ser de kit, se comparada a outras lentes similares de outras marcas, possui qualidade infinitamente superior em construção e resultados.
A escolha do corpo pode ser feita também pela X-T10, que é uma câmera muito compacta, com visor central estilo DSLR, mas também com todos os avanços de sua grande irmã X-T1, inclusive com visor LCD articulado. Só perde por não ser vedada e por possuir EVF menor.
Quanto á XF55-200mm, apesar de não tão luminosa, é uma lente de qualidade incrível, super versátil, relativamente pequena e conta com um estabilizador de 4 pontos que possibilita fotos na mão com até 1/15 de velocidade.

Vantagens e desvantagens
Para quem, como eu, gosta de usar dois corpos com lentes diferentes e fixas. Gosto de trabalhar com meu strap Blackhold que leva dois corpos simultaneamente, um de cada lado do corpo. Uma câmera com uma lente grande angular, a minha preferida é a 16mm f/1.4 (que equivale a uma 24mm em FF). Essa lente na minha opinião é imbatível, com ela posso chegar perto sem prejudicar a foto final pois ela me dá pouquíssima distorção (ao contrário da minha antiga equivalente em DSLR). Uso também na outra câmera uma 56mm f/1.2 (equivalente a uma 85mm em FF) que é uma semi-tele de alta qualidade e muito luminosa, além de ter também um autofoco muito bom.
Quando não uso a 16mm vou de 23mm, que equivale a uma 35mm em FF, e é uma das lentes mais cultuadas da serie X, também com autofoco veloz e pouquíssima distorção, além de incrível nitidez. E para substituir a 56mm uso às vezes a 35mm (equivalente a 52mm em FF), que apesar de ter o autofoco um pouco mais lento que as demais, possuí uma nitidez gritante, belo contraste, distancia focal minima de 28 centímetros, enfim, uma lente maravilhosa.
Bem, com lentes luminosas e de alta qualidade como estas posso fazer o casamento todo em ISO3200, mantendo total fidelidade de cores e pouco grão.
Uma combinação perfeita.

Vantagens e desvantagens
Desde o seu lançamento, quando testei para o site oficial da Fujifilm USA, eu fiquei impressionado com a qualidade ótica da lente 16-55mm f/2.8 da Fujinon (equivalente a uma 24-83mm em FF). Fotografei com ela em alguns eventos e nunca tive nenhum porém quanto a sua entrega, no entanto, a questão de ter de elevar o ISO para fazer fotografias com luz natural em eventos me limitava um pouco devido a sua abertura f/2.8.
Com o lançamento da incrível câmera X-Pro2, com ISO nativo em alta qualidade em até 12800, todas as limitações que poderia ter em relação a esta lente em eventos se acabaram.
Para quem gosta de boas lentes zoom, de carregar somente uma câmera, a opção da dupla X-Pro2 e 16-55mm f/2.8 é perfeita. O conjunto pesa somente 1 quilo, e por menos de 3 mil dólares você pode ter um kit que não perde em nada para kits pesados de quase 2 quilos pelo dobro do preço em sistemas equivalentes DSLRs.
O complemento da 50-140mm f/2.8, para quem gosta de teles e retratos com este tipo de lente, é uma aquisição perfeita. Mesmo sendo mais leve que uma equivalente DSLR, esta lente pesa bem e tem um volume maior do que uma lente fixa mirrorless. Mas em contrapartida, se isso não lhe incomodar, pode entregar extrema nitidez, boa velocidade de autofoco e um estabilizador único que compensa 5 pontos de diafragma.
